Jeffrey H. Greenhaus is Professor and William A. Mackie Chair in the Department of Management of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.  He received his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University and teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management.  His research focuses on career dynamics and work-family relationships.  Jeff is the lead author of Career Management, now in its fourth edition (Sage, 2010), co-author of Work and Family: Allies or Enemies? (Oxford University Press, 2000), co-editor of Integrating Work and Family: Challenges and Choices for a Changing World (Greenwood Publishing, 1997), and co-editor of the Encyclopedia of Career Development (Sage 2006).  His research has appeared in such journals as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Personnel Psychology.  Jeff serves on the editorial review boards of Human Relations, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Personnel Psychology, and was the Associate Editor of the Journal of Vocational Behavior from 1993 to 1995.  In 1995, he received the prestigious Drexel University Research Achievement Award.
