My research interests are in the study of trust as is relates to information systems adoption and management, including eCommerce, online marketplaces, and outsourcing. I also study gender and culture as they relate to the management and development of information systems. The theories I specialize in include trust, social exchange theory, social identity theory, agency theory, sociolinguistics, and contract theory. My research philosophy is Positivist, and the statistical methods I specialize in are accordingly regression models and structured equation modeling such as LISREL and PLS.
